We recommend reserving your rental as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
We require a security deposit of 50% of total rental cost to confirm your rental. We also require a signed Rental and Waiver Agreement that we can provide once date availability is confirmed.
A signed credit card authorization form is required for potential damages.
In the case of a cancellation, we will work with you to find an alternative date to the best of our ability.
Weather can change on a dime, I mean, hey it's Michigan right?
Unfortunately we cannot set up our play equipment in an unsheltered place if rain (sprinkling or pouring) is expected.
Please monitor the weather in the days leading up to your event. If rain is in the forecast, contact us within 48 hours of your event and we can find alternative options (change event days or move indoors).
Currently we accept PayPal or Venmo for deposit and final balance payments. An invoice will be sent for all payments.
Your final balance must be paid in full two (2) days before we set up your event.
Our standard setup takes up about 10ft x 10ft. We require a flat and dry surface and can set up both indoors and outdoors.
Due to additional flooring support needed, set ups on grass will result in a play area of 10ft x 8ft
We do require some sort of covering if the forecast calls for sunny weather.
Our soft play equipment is made from leather material and can get warm to the touch if left out in the sun.
You are more than welcome to set up a pop up tent for us to set up under. We also provide tents for an additional fee.
